Day 1

Got a late start... Took some tylenol PM's to help me sleep and it did... so I missed my morning shake.  I took an iron pill when I woke up and i'm drinking a 16 oz bottle of water.   My first shake will be double the recipe so Brian can share a shake with me.

LUNCH:

Pineapple Orange Strawberry
1 cup cubed pineapple
1 orange - peeled
1 cup strawberries


pictures will come at the end of the day!!

Goal for today: DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Get outside for a walk
Make sure car insurance stuff is straightened out!!!

DINNER:
Celery and Carrot Juice 
3 Celery stalks
4 carrots
